What happens if I am not the only buyer?
This has never happened as of yet but in case it does. All the earrings on Just-Earrings are one of a kind. There is a lag between when an item is purchased and when it shows as
sold on the website. If more than one person purchases a pair of earrings, then the earrings go to the first person who
purchased them. The other purchasers will be notified by email that the item has already been sold. At that time they will
have two options:
1: They can take a refund.
2: They can select another pair of earrings of equal value.
How do I pay for my earrings?
There 2 ways of paying for your earrings:
1: Payment can be made by any major credit card through PayPay. When we receive notification of your
payment from PayPal your earrings are marked sold on the website and they are shipped.
2: You can also pay by check(personal checks only) or money order, click on the Pay by Mail button on the right side of the screen. This method takes much longer (waiting for snail mail, waiting for the check to clear and waiting for shipping). As you can see it involves a lot of waiting. When we receive your payment we will send you an email (your pair of earrings goes on hold for you at this point) and when the check clears and your earrings are shipped we will again send you an email(your earrings will appear as sold on the website). You can expect you earrings to arrive between 7 & 10 days from the date of this second email.
What is cinnabar?
Cinnabar A soft stone composed of mercury sulfide, cinnabar is bright or brick red in color and is often carved in intricate fashion. Today, jewelry called cinnabar is actually a heavy molded polymer made to resemble cinnabar beads. For more information see: Wikipedia/Cinnabar
